| This place is dirty! The parking lot playground buildings laundry is all dirty. Too many kids and not enough parents to watch them. No luxurys cheap rent not a good place to live. | ||||||||||||

| Just drive through, what you see is what you get. Bikes are everywhere; in the parking lot, on balconies, patio, hallways,and piled up next to the dumsters. Trash is everywhere. People go outside to smoke and throw their cigarette butts ... more | ||||||||||||
