Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Columns is a great apartment complex overall. They do have a few problems though.
1. The grass is very sparse, and needs to be replanted or resodded.
2. There snow removal program is slow.
3. There maintenance is understaffed.
4. The pool is unheated and stays pretty chilly through the summer.
Those are my only real complaints. Other than that: there staff is super friendly, the apartments are very nice, and you get a garage. I definitely recommend the Columns.
