The office management is NOT at the level you expect from luxory apartments community.
Short term leases are very common, so they do Not pay that much attention to long term residents. Acting as they do NOT know what you are talking about giving you a stare look is common occurance.
If you have a problem inside the apt and they can not find the cause they just pretend there is nothing wrong:)'
