I live in a lower level apartment. Two children and a dog are above me. It is constant booming as they stampede across the floor. I have mold problems I have reported on at least 4 occasions that are not addressed

i live in an upper apt. and people do not stampede across the floor, the insulation is horrible! management knows how loud it is with kids upstairs they get complaints ALL the time. you are not the only one with mold problems.
