Normandy Green is not as bad as they say! I have lived here for over a year now and i really love it! The maintanance is great, they cant be there at the snap of a finger ya know! they do have lives outside of their jobs.. THe office staff is wonderful and they are very helpful with everything! The girls Erin and Stephanie really go out of their way for the residents! And honestly i believe that everyone has there own opinion and some may have bad experiences, but im sure if somebody is having that much of an issue then they would do something about it!
The grounds are beautiful at normandy i love it in the fall! The trees are so amazing! the pool is awesome and very relaxing.. never too many kids.. which i have two myself! Neighbors are so nice! Yes parking can get crazy but visitors arent always aware of the rules and as the tenant it is your responsiblity to let them know, its hard in winter to see the numbers from the snow but ppl will have to understand that theses were built 30 years ago THEY ARE NOT BRAND NEW.. SO if thats what u want then u might as well build your own home if your that picky! thats all i have to say, But my over all opinion is that i love it here and i plan on raising my children here and reffering ppl that i know to come bc its such a great community!

This Place is Horrible! Management dont know what the hell they are doing, they are rude and its no wonder they cant lease to anyone and or find staff to stay LOL, they cant find maintanance and keep them around for nothing, work orders never get done! Bed bugs and Roaches everywhere in every building almost! Kid play outside un-supervised all day long! Neighbors are nosier than ever! you cant do anything with out gossip, Parking sucks deeply! Drug dealing in every building, i seen someone smoking crack in their car right by my car!! i would not raise my children here! if your lookin to move somewhere and party then this place is great. Stacy Walton is one of the head owners and she is the biggest ----- ever, she dont care about residents needs, she just wants your money! The staff that was here when i first moved in was great they kept up on everything, but now its pure hell! I really miss you Stephanie B, Erin F, Tony, Jeremy and Carol!! The place is NOT the same with out you all!!

I have lived here for about 3 years, I have seen a ton of people come in and out of this place but I agree if you dont like it MOVE. And I was up at the office a few days ago and the guy is not gone and they have a new girl in there. Neither of the girls have been here that long but everytime I call I get what I need. I have heard the the owner or whoever she is can be a B* but I think if the girls there now can tuff it out the year then the place will turn around. I hope anyway!
