Every time the warm weather breaks there is a group that assemble in a tent in the front at 6803 Sebree to smoke pot. The smell starts when the football games begin on Sunday till they end at night. The management has been notified numerous times of this ongoing problem at the first four apartments there and have done nothing to to stop the problems. Police again were called and they seem to keep coming up empty handed...wonder how that happens. How is it that tenants are written up on every other bit of piddly crap that goes on, but when complaint after complaint has been waged on the same crew time and again nothing is ever done about it. Perhaps since the managers aren't doing their job in taking care of these offenders maybe these incidents should be taken up with the Management Company that own the apartment complex. Maybe they don't know that these incidents are going on and need to be informed that these actions are taking place on their property maybe everyone would like to report these incidents on their own accord. The number to report to Capital Investment Group is; 513/241-5090, maybe we'll get better managers that are qualified and dedicated to doing the job at hand rather than taking the "I don't live here approach, so therefore I don't care". Come on....Capital it isn't really that hard to find qualified apartment management...bring back Joy at least she had the experience, quality and expertise for the job.

My grandpa moved in a while back. He loves it. He says it is very clean and very well-landscaped. He loves spending time with the other senior citizens residents. He says the employees are quite friendly and very helpful.

Your grandpa must live in the back because all the lazy good for nothin breeders live in our section of the townhomes with their illegitimate children most are either on HUD, Welfare, SSI or their collecting Disability. They don't work so they sit on their fat ass waiting on that monthly check.

well, i used to live in the back and trust me the gramps must not live there. it is equivalent to over the rhine back there.
