I have lived at Oakwood for almost five years, and the rent is fairly low (for the area) but you get what you pay for. I have mold growing in my bathroom, closet doors that don't close, one working burner on my stove, CONSTANT plumbing problems, no lighting in the outside hallway, creepy neighbors, people who pound on my windows at night, roaches ... you get the idea. If it weren't the only place in town that fit my budget, I would move tomorrow.

although i agree that its crappy i think something is wrong with your apt to have soooooo many problems. and there are plenty of apt complexes in this area that are the same price.
