we have lived here for two years and should have known not to move in when we didn't get to see the apt until the day before we moved in and it looked less than finished. we have had to replace the dishwasher, one air conditioning unit, had to have the tub redone and we still need a new fridge and today our mailbox door broke. the good news is that maintenence did replace the things that needed replaced. the bad news is that we had to call persistently and be aggressive and pushy to get the things we needed. about the neighbors- there is more than one creepy guy living in this building. and some idiots let their dogs crap all over the field between the buildings and they never pick it up. also they tried to charge us $25 dollars a month for each of our cats!!!! we said no way so now we pay $25 a month for both. what a bargain!! yeah right... i have never seen a roach or mold...but who knows. the laundry facilities are HORRIBLE!!! not only is the room always smelly and almost always has standing water but the machines DO NOT work. our clothes are never dry and we actually started going to a laundrymat to do our laundry.
