I have only lived here for a few months and ao far it is okay. The parking is horrible, there are more cars than spots. The size is okay. The pool is nice. The new office staff is really nice. The one major complaint I have is that the maintenance people are SLOW. They take their sweet old time getting to you. Yes their are a lot of section 8 people, myself included. I haven't had any problems with the neighbors, they stick to themselves.
