Please don't burden yourself. It took for ever for someone to fix stuff, and nobody was ever in the office. But what really got me it that my neighbor gave us bedbugs, we had to throw out a mattress and box spring, plus all sheets. Cleaning after cleaning which took them wks to come spray each time. The lady below us wouldn't keep up so we kept getting them back. So you can imagine how piss I was when it was taken out of our deposit. Trying to get a hold of anyone was crazy it took 4 months to get a call back and the owner was rude and very unprofessional. And on my last note i would like to tell you the stairs fell through and one side of them was down for 8 months. Please don't move to this god awful place.

While I am responding to one spiteful person, I might as well respond to you. There is NO WAY the exterminator didnt come, He came to my unit for ROUTINE Sprays about every 6 weeks. Oakwood makes sure the exterminator comes. Maybe you brought the bugs in yourself with rental furniture or used furniture. And there were no steps out for 6 months, dont exaggerate. They did stairways bldg by bldg and I walked my dog everyday and never saw steps fallen through. Sounds to me like sour grapes. And to say it took 4 months to get ahold of anyone bull hockey, I have never had a problem reaching anyone, they have alot of apartments so you cant expect maintenance to come within 30 minutes of your call but i never waited beyond areasonable time to get things fixed. Go buy a house and dont rent. They have a whole lot of apts and if there is ony 3-4 complaints over 3 years they must be doing something right. Give me a break and quit whining.

I'm not sure if we are talking and the same apartments? It did take 4 months for a call back from the owner not the office staff. And I have dated pictures of the stairs, it was awful. I sorry you believe this is ok living, it was low class and trashy. I have moved on thank you to some really nice apartments. Please don't listen to this person, they prolly work in the office. There are nice places out there don't waste your time and money.

Read her review.. she's talking about the same apartments.. It's a mole.. I already submitted an abuse complaint, but they wont remove him/her..
