I dont know why this person is bashing Oakwood. I knownwho this person is, I lived across the street from him for 2 yrs. Oakwood is an older complex and yes the stairs needed replaced but as soon as the new team got there 2 yrs ago things have gotten better and better and so many nice thingshave been done including the stairs. The stairs look great, they re-sided the bldgs and did alot of outdoor work. I enjoyed my time there and only moved because a family member needed my help. The staff has always treated me well and done a great job. Do not listen to this guy, he is mad because management asked him to leave for harrassing and threatening his neighbors. The best thing management did was to get him out. After he left Oakwood was indeed a great place--Bravo management for taking care of your property and getting rid of undesirables. Too many complexes look the other way with troubled residents, I guess they dont want to lose the $$ but Oakwood seems to stay full, so if it was so bad why do so many people live there'' Go ck it out for yourself. I know I will move back there when and if my situation changes. Nice try -----, get a life, you know this was all about spite and where did u get that picture,it isnt even of Oakwood. Good riddance!!

I lived at Oakwood myself for a short time as well.. Never had any trouble out of that person, he helped me with several computer issues, and a jump start! but I will say that this place was a hole. This has to be someone from management, or the owner himself posting this. With all the negative reviews on here, it seems kinda odd that all of a sudden a positive review would be put on here! So you know, the picture posted looks like one from pre-stair rebuild and right after the siding was ripped off, and if my memory serves me correctly, that hole was in 6900. As your coming from Kentaboo, first building on the right, second floor landing. So, yes, that picture is from Oakwood. The reason Oakwood stays full is Section 8. The property across from it, Crown Court also stays full courtesy of Section 8.
