If you love roaches, you'll love Oakwood Apartments. The apartments are nasty, filthy dirty, and the pool should be renamed to the cesspool. The playground they advertise consists of a slide. Modern amenities include retro-70's furnaces that eat your electric dollar. My electric bill for a 2 bedroom apartment was $130 - $140 a month. My neighbor was a drug addicted moron who kept trying to borrow money off of me, and the hallways smelled like pot, broken down cars are kept in the lot. One car, a cream colored one has been up by the office since before I moved in, and has not moved. The license expired on it in June I think, and it is still there!

So, if you like white trash, filthy slum-style living conditions and INS raids at 2AM, move on in to Oakwood Apartments, it's a fun place to call home ya'll!
