Definitely not worth it

Beauty is only skin deep. While this apartment community seems like it would be a great place to live, there is much to be desired here.
--The security gates are always ripped off or malfunctioning. Often, the broken gate is just laying in the roadway next to the box it's supposed to be attached to.
--Management will bend over backwards to attract new renters, however they do nothing to retain the renters they currently have. The incentives to re-sign a lease are not competitive. Sometimes you have to wonder if it would just be more beneficial to move.
--Noise. The Paddock Club is directly under the approach path of one of the countries busiest airports. Prepare for nonstop air traffic 1000 feet overhead day and night. Approximately every 15 minutes, another jet plane will fly over on approach to Cincinnati/NKY International Airport (CVG). During peak hours of the day, the planes are 5 minutes apart or less.
--Parking. Not only is parking cramped from time to time, but the parking lot is in a bad state of disrepair.
--People. You would think at this price point, the quality of people would be a little higher. Somehow, Paddock Club is able to get a good number of rednecks to sign a lease.
--Facilities. Exercise and pool facilities are poor. The hot tub is inexusably dirty and the selection of equipment in the workout room is lacking.
--Location. The Paddock Club is close to the mall and interstate highways. However, it is tucked back behind a poor shopping center and is difficult to direct visitors to.
--Living space. The living rooms are small. Kitchen appliances are basic and economy. Apartments stay hot all the time, causing you to need to run the A/C more often. Often you can smell what's cooking in the apartment below or adjacent. Toilets stop up frequently. Sinks clog frequently. Maintenance is slow to respond.
There is no way we can recommend The Paddock Club. For the price range, you will not receive the apartment and amenities you would expect. The only way I would recommend this community is if the price was at least $200 cheaper per month.
