This place is a joke. For the price, you figured that something besides the cast of Cops would reside there. After your lease is up, you can not move without paying a $600 "redecoration fee". It was not listed in the lease but apparently we are all "aware" of it and will be sued without paying it promptly. There are constantly spiders crawling in from the cracks in the doors and the airplanes flying over are a constant annoyance. It was hell on earth. I worked as a bartender and also had no where to park when I would get off work late at night. The security gates were always broken and there were always weird people wandering around the parking lot. I felt very unsafe there.
