NO HEAT WITH HOT WATER IN WINTER!!!!!

I MOVED IN JUST BEFORE THE WINTER AND AFTER WE MOVED IN WE FOUND THAT YOU CAN NOT GET HEAT WITH YOUR HOT WATER IN THE WINTER. THE SYSTEM IS SET UP AS ONE WOULD BE IN FLORIDA THROUG YOUR HOT WATER HEATER.. NO NO NO THIS IS FLORENCE KY IT GETS DOWN TO ZERO AT TIMES AND YOU NEED HEAT WHEN YOU RUN YOUR SHOWER, WASHER,
DISH WASHER, SINK. THE NOISE LEVEL IS SSSSSSOOOOOOOO HIGH THE WALLS ARE TO THIN. NO PARKING ANY TIME AROUND YOUR BUILDING. WORK OUT ROOM TREDMILLS DO NOT WORK. DO NOT LIVE HERE
