we got scammed

We would not tell people to move here. The grounds are not safe for children because of speeding, skate boarders, broken glass, parties most every night, security gate is constantly being broken, residents not cleaning up after their pets and we even had a light fixture fall on our daughter's head because it was stripped. How hard is it to fix a hot tub that is included in our ammenities. We were also told by a member of the office staff that if a stove cost 250.00 to fix or 259.00 to be replaced, policy is to spend the 250.00 to fix the outdated stove rather than replace it with a new one. There is so much more but not enough space or time.
