Be careful when you rent here, the mold is very excessive in the ground apartments. My second bedroom has mold growing all over the outside wall and the wall is falling apart. The mold has spread to the carpet and the floor in that room. Mold also grows in the toilet daily and is around my entry door. The management here is telling me that it is not mold but it is very evident that it is when the wall is falling in and the black hairy stuff behind the paint is spreading. This is a very big health concern for a lot of people and I would advise anyone to be very careful before renting here. The ammenities that are promised in your lease are never kept in good working order, half the time the hot tub never has water in it and it took them over a month to get the pool to pass the inspection this summer.
