This place is the worst to live in. Not only is the office staff rude, but they actually do not know what they are doing. No work orders ever get done in a reasonable time. The maint. staff are such crackpots that they don't know what they are fixing. It's not just lower management that is rude also upper management from the corp. office. If you want to live with mold, rude office staff, shotty work out equipment, gates never working so you have to try to find anouther way in, no parking, and did i mention the rude office staff that never files any paper work you send them so they never resolve any problems that might arise with the shotty equipment in the apartments. Mold every where, you may not see it when you first move in but it will show up very shortly because it grows threw paint (maint. has not figured out that you can not just paint over mold). If you think that's all it's not. When your lease is up don't think if you leave the apartment in the condition that its in when you moved in, you won't be charge cause you will they call it a redecoration fee, or even a clean up fee even though everything was fully wiped and clean spotless you will recieve a hugh fee. I will tell everyone that is thinking of moving there to think it over wisely first because all you are looking for with this company is nothing but problems from low levels to high up managers you will have trouble.
