I don't know why there are so many bad complaints about this place. I have lived here for a few months now and I think it is nice and quiet. I came from out of town where I did not know anyone and had been looking for an apt. for a week. The office staff was friendly and understanding of the fact that I was tired of looking for an apt. The maintenance guys are polite and prompt on my calls. They have kids movie night every month for the kids. They make popcorn for them and give juice to drink and they all just sit around the clubhouse and watch a movie. I think that is very generous of the staff to stay so late for the kids. And about the gate being broke sometimes that is because people drive through it and I know that for a fact because I have seen them do it. It is a great place to live and would recommend everyone to come live here. It's very convenient to all shopping. I never hear anyone complaining about living here. I think all these bad complaints are from people that don't pay their rent and they staff gets on them to do so or don't have anything else to do.
