I moved into the paddock club roughly a year ago and since then the ladies in the office have been more than helpful. As for some of the ratings that I have read on this site, I am very shocked. I have never seen mold in my apartment or my friends' apartment who also lives here. The pool was very clean last summer and they have a grounds keeper who I see everymorning on my way to work. He picks up the trash and the dog poo. The police probably live here because it's a nice neightborhood. I can't believe they would move their families to a place where there is a lot of crime. I live here because it's an overall nice place.
