Run now!

Since moving in here, my allergies have been at an all time high. I cannot see visible mold, but I have a strong feeling it's there somewhere. Also, I believe there is dust in the ventilation.
Before signing the lease, there was a leak in the roof. They patched the ceiling, but did not fix the leak. Therefore, the next rain we had destroyed their "wonderful" patch job. I made several phone calls - but nothing meaningful was ever done about it. It got so bad that it started to run into the other bedroom. Alot of my stuff was getting wet under the hole. It is now 7 months later and the solution to the whole thing was to put a cut-up milk jug under the leak. There is still the hole and now a yellowed ceiling in both bedrooms.
I'm assuming there is no routine maintenance done on appliances. My air conditioner runs non-stop through out the day. It struggles to keep the place at 72. Therefore, my gas/electric bill is sky high for this tiny place. As it was in the winter when I used the gas fireplace. After my first bill, I turned the pilot off and haven't used it since.
There are quite a few kids running around without supervision. They throw rocks; leave food on the ground; etc. Today, I had an egg dried on my car door.
Everything else is pretty bad too. The exercise equipment is never fixed. The gates are always broken. The tanning bed was horrible, although they replaced it over a 2 week period. Parking is awful - there is an abandonded motorcycle, taking up a parking space, in front of my building that has not been moved since the day I moved in.
I was under the impression that since the rent isn't exactly cheap there wouldn't be this many problems. Boy, was I wrong.
Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
