This place is the pits. Way overpriced for what you DON'T get. What you do get is a nasty apartment with all kind of problems that you can't get fixed. You have to "stay on them" to TRY to get things done, as they have said. The management lies, they say that you never asked for things to be fixed when you do, they have different rules for different people. (If you have ever had to pay a late fee just know that they let some people go without paying it)I was also told by another resident that they could not get their mold problem fixed until they called the BBB. If you happen to live in the 8500 building the manager will tell you to park in front of the building next door if you don't have a place to park. She knows of the parking problem but we weren't told about that when we moved here. MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.....

You hit the nail on the head and the parking stinks in front of 8500 building. I have had to park at the office and walk home because the parking is so bad! That stinks when you have groceries or children to carry.

It's still a fight even with the BBB. Been there done that and have the reciepts from the certified letters that I had to send because the office has no respect for its residents.
