I moved in here in Feb of 2006 and I have ongoing problems to this day that have never been corrected. Maintenance is a HUGH issue that needs improvement. After having personal property destroyed, management finally, temporarily fixed ONE problem that I had been complaining about since November of 2006. I have complained about other problems and was given the "We WILL fix this situation ma'am." The situation continues to go on. The best thing about this place WAS one of the employee's in the office and now they are gone. I have spent more time with my doctor since moving in here for one issue in the time I have lived here than I had my entire life not living here. I can smell the mold but I cant see it therefore there is NO MOLD. I was promised something would be made for my kitchen when I moved in and here I am 15 months later, MOVING OUT THANK GOODNESS, and it still has not been taken care of. Parking is atroscious, my auto was damaged by someone each time I complained to the office staff, costing me a large sum of money. I have been awakened by noisy neighbors anywhere between 10pm and 6am on a regular basis (mind you a bomb could fall next to me and I would NOT wake up for it), I have been forced to reside in this apt with an odor & growing bacteria that I tried to kill with bleach (which eventually ruined my clothes which I informed the newest management of but that was dismissed as if it never happened. The newest office employees were more worried about the bleach that ended up on the carpet and offered nothing with regards to my clothes or rug in the kitchen). There are far too many issues to go into here but for your own good, keep looking as appearences are very DECEIVING here and you WILL REGRET the choice to move here. I am calling the BBB in hopes that future tennants will not have to endure what I have. So my advise is that you....... RUN, do NOT walk, but RUNNNNNN FROM THIS COMPLEX. Your health, both mind and body will thank you later.
