When we viewed the property, we were actually showed a different unit than we got. After signing the lease and getting the keys, our unit needed new carpet and vinyl flooring in the bathrooms due to being in bad shape from the previous tenants animals. We were told they would take care of it. We had to go ahead and move in due to having to be out of our place. We've repeatedly asked and are still waiting 3 years later. We have tried to clean the carpets ourselves, but they need to be replaced. We had to clean the apartment ourselves before we moved in. It was disgusting. We have had other maintenance issues that were reported when we first moved in and are still not resolved. We pay to live in a gated community and now the gates are gone for good. We are on the third set of office staff since we moved here. Some have been nice and others not so nice. In the building we live in, the parking is awful. Sometimes I have to park 3 to 4 buildings down from our apartment. Our neighbors come in all hours of the night and use bad language that don't appreciate my kids hearing. I cannot even count how many maintenance men have come and gone and most of them have been pretty shady looking. One of them came to our door one night about 10pm and wanted to come in and look at the master bathroom because of a leak in the apartment downstairs. He did not have any ID on him and I did not recognize him. I was home alone with my kids and was afraid to let him in. After looking at some of the surrounding properties in this area and comparing prices, I feel like we can get a lot nicer place to live for the same or less than we pay here. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets are very outdated. One of the cabinets in our kitchen had a split in it and they repaired it by putting a big nail in it which is any eyesore. The closet doors are metal and come off the hinges all the time. I do believe we have a mold problem in the ventilation. I have a friend who is very allergic and she gets sick every time she comes over. She has seen mold spores on the ceiling next to the vents. If the air filters get changed, it is because we do it ourselves. Maintenance has changed them 2 times since we have lived here. I bought a brand new car last year and I came out to go to work one morning and someone had wrote on the hood with permanent marker. When I reported this, I was told to get some type of chemical to remove it. We are looking to move when our lease is up and I probably would not recommend this community to anyone. Look around, you can find better!

I have to agree wtih you. At least that rude, nasty horrible man named STEVE is gone so you dont have to take his insults anymore.

Yeah I broke my lease when they took out the gates. They offered no explanation and no reduction in rental fees. That was 2 years ago and I'm still getting calls from collections. I keep telling them I'll pay when a judge orders me to. Those gates were the very reason I moved there. And the pool, don't get me started.
