This is my first summer here, and can I say that the pool has been closed more than it has been open' One day you take your family up there, and it is open.

The next day, there is a padlock on it, with no note as to why it is closed! Now, the hot tub is closed as well.

Why, with the amount of rent we are paying, are we having all of these issues'
