I have lived out my lease and can not wait to get out. since we have lived here the lights went out in the kitchen and it took a week before they would fix them. The water heater above us busted and it took three months, a certified letter and the BBB to get it fixed. This included water running down the wall next to the stove and oven in our kitchen. The lights in out breeze way were out for three to four weeks which was very unsafe. The snow was never cleared out from walkways and were harly salted. A woman was thrown through a window diagnal from us and the apartment was slashed all the way through by a crazy boyfriend. And the latest is that rain has leaked into our apartment rotting the walls and baseboards and all that management will do is paint it. Not to mention that we are infested with spiders and fruit flys.

I am sure that you enjoy the hot tub that is always closed and the overflowing garbage.

I can say that I do not have any of these problems in my building. I enjoy Paddock, and living there. For the money I pay for rent, this is a nice facility. It sounds like you just have a bad apartment.

wow i thought for a second that my fiance had posted this review, it is almost exactly what we've gone through at this stupid place, i can't wait to get out of here!!
