Paddock Club

I have lived here for only 6 months, but I cannot wait to get out!! Since we moved in, we have had so many problems with the management and maintenance. First, it took weeks for us to get a working garage door opener for the garage we were paying for! The apartment we were in was disgusting, the water heater above us had been leaking, causing the floorboards and tiles to be ruined and causing mold to form. The management didn't do anything except replace the tile and brushed off our concerns about the mold. Then, our apartment became INFESTED with these weird little mites that were literally all over our kitchen, up and down the walls, in our pantry in our food, everywhere! We had them send the Orkin man out several times and when that didn't work we ended up having to threaten them with witholding our rent until something was done. They finally moved us to another unit (after a month of infestation!), only to have us wait 2 months for a mail key! how hard is it to make a key?? Since moving into the new place, we have had issues with leaky air conditioning, and most recently the light in our kitchen has gone out and it has taken 2 weeks just to get it fixed, in addition to the kitchen tiles that are now coming up due to the air conditioner leak. We also now seem to have a knat infestation. My fiance had previously rented a 3 bedroom before we moved into the smaller apartment, and he had a huge crack in his ceiling that kept growing and threatening to become a hole. This took MONTHS for the management to even look at. The neighborhood is not good, full of noisy trashy people and a pool that was closed the majority of summer. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
