I moved in here in November.
I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.
I put work orders in on a regular basis and nothing ever gets fixed.
The office manager is no NASTY and rude! My apartment smells like smoke, the toilet doesn't flush, the drains don't work, and every time I turn around something else is breaking and not getting fixed.
But they expect their rent on time no matter what! The floors are dirty, the paint is chipping, the counters are burned as well as the floors.
They have done nothing!

Why do so many apartment renters suffer such CONTINUED abuse? (See my response to the review that follows yours.) Besides paying an outside contractor to effect needed repairs and deducting the full charge from your rent - LAWFULLY - renters have the right to MOVE prior to termination of a lease when conditions are unsafe, unhealthy, or too consistently unpleasant. In fact, many small claims judges consider it a RESPONSIBILITY of a complaining renter to take action. Does the manager have a corporate boss? If so, have you and other renters continually bothered him/her with written complaints of documented problems (lots of good photos, witness reports, etc)?
