I moved here about 5 months ago and it is so much better than past places i have lived. Yes it's an apartment and there will always be "apartment living conditions." They are re-doing the whole complex by paiting it new colors and fixing the conditions of the stairs and railings. I can't wait i think it will make it look like a brand new place. So far i have no complaints besides other residents who let their kids run without supervision, but that again is apartment living and if you don't like little things like this then don't live in apartment buy a home. :)
