I got showed a real nice model apartment before I moved in I had no time to see the exact apartment I would be renting but was assured the one I got would be almost like the model.(WRONG) The apartment was shabby it has old appliances mismatched cabinets crappy metal closet doors that dont stay on track ever. The day I moved in both toilets were clogged the carpet that was suppose to be replaced was not I had no drip pans in the oven the water heater leaked and my hall light wasnt working so when I had them come try to fix the hall light it took them almost 2 months they had a hole cut in my wall. I had to always schedule times for them due to I have a dog and they would not show up.They said they were painting my door on a certain day so I had someone come to watch the dog and they didnt come until the next day.I waited to use tanning bed and although they were available until 5:30 I waited for the the person in there to get done and at 5:25 the staff told me it was to late and she looked me up and down like she was better then me. I am breaking my lease by 3 months here and I still have to pay although I have noisy neighbors the parking sucks I feel like I am living in section 8 housing and I had to take a cold shower the other night because they dont consider not having hot water an emergency yet to me and my son it is. I always pay my rent on time but the staff treats you like you are some poor white trash. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ever.What is sad I can name a lot of other complaints but I think you got the picture.(Dont rent here)
