From the beginning of the move-in process I had issues with the office employees. When I showed up to sign my lease their computers were broke and they insisted on keeping something valuable of mine until they could provide me a lease. Two weeks later I received a lease that was incorrectly filled in, on their part. I had to have them make the changes and two days later, I finally signed my lease. The day that we moved in, the apartment was a mess; maintenance left paint buckets all over the apartment and glass was spread throughout the carpet. I called the office and explained my situation. They did nothing to rectify the situation; needless to say, my fiance and I cleaned up the mess ourselves. The same day my fiance went to the office to ask about renting a garage. ------ (one of the females that work in the office) told him that none were available and that there was a five month waiting list. I found that very hard to believe. A week later I called the office pretending to be a prospective resident. I asked if they had any two bedroom apartments available to rent, ------ told me that they did; I asked if garages came with the apartments; ------ said no but that I could rent one; so I asked if they had any availble to rent and, to my surprise, I was informed they had plenty available. I proceeded to tell ------ who I was and what apartment I lived in, I told her that my fiance went into the office and we were told that they did not have any available. She was so shocked she found herself at a loss of words. Morale of my stories... do not rent here! It is a nightmare from beggining to end; there are many other stories I could tell (and I only lived there for three months), but there is not enough time. The females in the office are stuck-up and rude - they treat the residents like they are better than them.

I know how you feel this place was a nightmare. I wasted way to much money on this what felt like section 8 apartments.

tntharris After my fiance and I moved in (bare in mind I found the place online) he asked me repeatedly if they were section 8 apartments. I kept trying to tell him no, but he still does not believe me.

I realize I'm not supposed to write this here, but I wanted to thank everyone for their comments. I thought this place looked great online, and the rent is pretty reasonable. Then, I looked up the reviews, and there is NO WAY I'd move there now. Thanks for posting!

Thanx so much for everyone's postings. It's very important to read these so that I and my spouse can make a informed decision on renting here. Well, the rate is pretty low. Guess not we will look some where else. Thnx
