I have to say in the six months I have lived here I have never been on here to read the reviews. I might not have moved here after reading all this! However I guess I am just easy going and lucky maybe to not have had a bad experiance here! When I moved in I had been shown the Model apartment. My apartment wasnt much different besides the old tile in the laundry room which really didnt bother me as it was covered by the washer and dryer. Shortly after move in I had my hot water heater go out. It was late in the evening when I called emergency maint. They called back and came out about 40 minutes later. no big deal! The pilot lite went out havnt had any problems since. As far as the office staff well I only go in the office once a month to pay my rent and they aree always nice. I cant imagine those girls being rude! The only charges I have had that I didnt expect were for Sanitation, and they did send out a note breaking down the charges before they billed them. I wasnt excited about paying the extra $70 but It is in my lease that I have to pay utilities and even with the utility bill the rent is still reasonable compared to other apartmennts in the area. I am happy with the paddock club and dont plan to be moving. I also have many friends that I have met here who havnt complained about the place. I guess you cant make everyone happy so those who are not complain on here and those who are dont. Thats how it goes. If you really want to know if its a good place to live just go see for yourself.

LOL..and you probably moved into this place becuse they are section 8 apartments! I have lived in many states and in many apartments, and I have never lived in any as ghetto as these.
