This place is just terrible and the people who work here are just so fake, they really could care less about these apartments.
And the maitnence department is horrid, they don't even have a clue what to do when something breaks, I am suprised they can change a light bulb themselves.

people with dogs DO NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DOGS! It is everywhere! if you know what I mean...
So my advice would be The Trails, much better I live here now and it's very professional!! (VERY) they do not mess around!
