THE COPS ARE ALWAYS ON SITE, ALWAYS, ASK THE FLORENCE POLICE DEPARTMENT. IT IS TERRIBLE. THE MANAGER TRACY LOVES BLACK PEOPLE AND LOVES RENTING TO THEM. TRASHY PEOPLE LIVE HERE AND I MOVED OUT. A MAINTENANCE GUY, SMITTY, IS GREAT, BUT HE WORKS ALONE, AND MAYBE SOME ONE ELSE WILL BE HIRED TO HELP HIM, IF THEY ARE SMART THEY WON'T. TROUBLESOME PLACE TO LIVE.
