I was a previous resident for 8 months, and was mislead to think parkland was the Ideal place for a twenty some year old college --- male.

Tracy the apt manager was very nice..but will rent to anyone, and even let tenants sublet their apartments to people not on the lease, when the tenant is not even living in the residence.

Many nights returing home from work, I would smell pot in my hallway, even when I was in the building with the leasing office in it. I would open my window at night and the smoke would just pile in.

As far as this place being diverse, it's not..Maybe if your white trash, mexican, cracked out, or a pregnant 16 year old..There were times when I went out to my car and people would yell out the window "Fagot," in broad day light...and one night a week before my lease was up at 2 a clock in the morning someone was beating on my door for five minutes trying to break it down..Oh I called the cops, they came, and left, and after an hour it happened again at 3...I had paint chips from my door on the carpet..where was the neighboorhood watch then' huh'

Ever since I moved in my door was messed up and when it locked you could still open it about two inches...that's real good for someone who wants to --- bash you...and they thought they could fix it with weather stripping...oh and even though there are lights in the parking lot and police patrol, I left one night at eleven, and when I got home at five in the morning my car had been egged and oatmealed, and reminder I lived in the building with the leasing office...

Well that's all I have, do what you want, but bad doesn't mean good at this apartment, and it's not a hot place to live.
