When i lived at parkland it was horrible. ----- the office ---- is the most evil person i have EVER met in my entire life. What had happened was i had payed my rent late a few times and it says in the lease that they have the right to end you lease early because of it. well i got a paper under my door saying that my rent was going to end the next month so i went ahead and got a new apt and turned my electric off and all that. I had moved most of my stuff out at the time into my new apt. Well i get a phone call the day after i cut my electric off from -----. asking me why i turned my electric off that my lease was for 2 more months. so i told her about the paper and she said well you should have called and asked first. I was thinking isnt your job to get these things right' i mean shes so mean and rude and nasty to people. needless to say i had to turn my electric back on pay another months rent plus damages. they will find anything and suck the money right out of you. this place is horrible DO NOT RENT HERE. The maintenence guy is ----------------------------. while i was inbetween apts they came into my apt while i was gone and ate my food. The maintenence people did!!

please take my advice its horrible. ------- people -------- loud people. and they have mold. and wall air conditioners that let bugs in!!!! its nasty.

she also was very hesitant and desperate for me to move in hmmm im thinking the attitude very unprofessional as well and to say the least that is just my 1st visit yeah ill never live their ever as long as that management is running that place as you have said stay away and i agree.
