I used to live in this apartment complex. Thank God I am out.
It seems like every day something happened there. Cops are always there because either a fight between neighbors, domestic violence or a drug-related issue.

Rent is not too bad, it actually went down to 400dls while I was paying 550, and if I wanted to stay I had to sign another 1-year lease and my rent would go up. Isn't stupid' while other people were paying 490 for a 2 bedrooms apt.
Bugs are everywhere, even if you live in the 3rd floor like I did. People in lower levels complain about the mold in the walls, yes, it is disgusting!! I have seen it. the walls are cover with mold at the point that all you see is dark walls.
There was an immigration raid last year, it seems like they got rid of the illegal immigrants, not only Hispanic, but Asian and some others.
Now they accepted rednecks and hill billies instead! whom are always drinking a fighting between them because they are hillbillies and they married either their cousins or a niece or someone.
People are always fixing cars in the parking lot. you wont find a decent neighbor here, only rude people.
The staff'' Jodie was always nice to me, the other lady.. needs costumer service training. She is very rude, she is the kind of person who will ignore you completely while you are talking to her.
Once again, stay away!!
