The paint in the breezeways was falling down in huge chunks, there is an enormous bug problem for all first floor tenants, you won't be able to get a parking space if you get home after 4pm, and the management team is far less than helpful. I complained about the centipedes and rolly-pollies that constantly streamed into my apartment, and was only told "yeah, they always come in during this time of year because you're on the first floor". There is no parking system because I had to park 3-4 buildings away many evenings since Saddlebrook doesn't issue stickers or require renters to only use a certain amount of spaces. I think it is possible to find a much better place at a slightly less rate. The few lights on the garages were usually burnt out or broken, so lighting and safety were also an issue. The best thing I can say about this place is that no deposit was required and that it sure did look nice in my rear view as I was moving out...
