Grounds are decent and kept clean. No assigned parking. Parking areas very poorly lit at least on the one end. I will say the community is quite safe though. Inside the apartment is a nice layout I?ve had problems with the heat pump since I moved in. It just gets a temporary fix by adding more freon which lasts about 3 months. The walls seem to be insulated for sound but the floors are paper thin. Best to live on 3rd floor unless your deaf! The buildings have an exterior problem which is evident by the water damage on the ceilings of the breeze ways. Looks like plaster will start falling down soon. No water in the units themselves but how long before it migrates in' Mold allergies anyone' Talked with the staff about this they shrugged their shoulders and said it was just a construction flaw. Oh last but not least. The lease says no dogs over 20Lbs at maturity. What a load of crap in more ways than one. There are Rotwilers, Labs, Golden retrievers just about every large dog you can think of. Whatch where you step!! All in all do your self a favor and look elswhere.

That plus some. Management does not care about your problem so long as they have their rent. As for the slogan "A place to call home" I suggest calling another place home. For the rent you pay you are better off at a community where your problems are the first priority.
