One of the better, but not the best places to live in N KY

This complex is beautiful on the outside, but just okay on the inside. Carpet is cheap, therefore not stain-resistant and very little padding. Cabinets are very cheap, particle board. No ice maker in freezer. Woodwork has been painted so many times it has a thick, ugly coating of antique white paint. The patio is VERY big, and very nice, we will miss that. They keep the landscaping up very nice, so it feels good to come home to a beautiful site. Price of a 3 bedroom is rediculous considering it is exactly like a 2 bedroom, just with one more tiny room on it, but $200 more a month! WHAT'' $200 for a TINY room'
Office manager is rude and unfeeling, not willing to work on keeping current residents. Leasing agent is very nice.
