My fiance and I moved in in November 2004. We rent a third floor two bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious, there is plenty of room for storage. The clubhouse is nice because there is a fitness center and a tanning bed (no extra charge). The neigbors are friendly, but can be a bit noisy at times.(We all can be so I don't judge). Deb in the office is always cheerful and helpful. The maintnance guy could be a little quicker, but all in all we have no real complaints. We are going to fufill a year long lease and then build a Towne Properties condo because of how great the customer service has been!!
