I lived at The Trails of Saddlebrook in Fall of 2003 and really loved it. My apartment was a furnished 1BR corporate apartment. It far exceeded my expectations. I never had any trouble with any appliances, parking, tenants, carpet, or lighting.
My one complaint was that my neighbors would frequently use the section of lawn behind my apartment to let their dogs relieve themselves and would NOT clean it up. That really irritated me, but I never complained so I can't complain now! There were a few bugs, but no more than I've seen in other apartment buildings.
If I moved back to Florence, I would definitely move back into the Trails of Saddlebrook.
