I can not believe the nerve of some people! Every apartment has it's down falls but this community is one of the nicer ones. Being 8 yrs in age we have lived here for 6 of them. I have friends that have moved in and out, some having better experiences than others but all of them would recommend the community. The paint is standard - if you don't like it - paint it, they do let you do that. In fact they let you paint and decorate the way you wish. The carpet is standard. It is not the best but I have seen a hell of a lot worse. Like I said we just resigned our lease for the 6th time. The office staff is wonderful. We asked to replace carpet this year and they did with out question. Depending on where you are at on the property, there is more parking in some places than others. BUT AGAIN IF YOU WANT TO PARK IN YOUR LIVING ROOM DO NOT LIVE IN AN APARTMENT COMMUNITY WITH OVER 400 PEOPLE. I think the office staff knows everyone by name, where else can you get that kind of service'''' The community is safe, I allow my kids to play outside with the other children. The people are friendly. The party that the staff throws are wonderful. Some kid oriented and some not but all in all they include both kids and adults fairly. This is not a huge party community. So if that is what you are looking for do not come here. The kind of people who live here are well behaved and well mannered (even the college age, my neighbors). I hate reading comments on here where the put everything to shame but then say they would recommend it to a friend. Those are the ones you don't believe! Go and see for yourself. Again you are moving into an apartment where you have neighbors across the hall, on top of you and down below, so if silence is what you are looking for BUY A HOUSE!
