I moved in this summer to the Trails, its okay. The paint was clean, the carpet was nasty. I managed to get a free garage for a year because they didn't want to replace the stained pet hair covered carpet. The buildings themselves are deteriorating. They are spending a fortune remodeling a clubhouse that is never open. Money could be better used on maintaining the complexes balconies, handrails, etc. The staff is friendly, however imcompetent. Can't follow up on ANYTHING. The pool, when operating, was nasty like a still hole of bacteria. There was a film on the top like a glass of milk on the counter for a few days...nasty. Maybe if it was ran by a more experienced staff it would be better. Gotta crawl before you walk I guess, but at the tenants expense. But when you can negotiate the rent, that is a plus. But in order to negotiate anything you must settle on a dump. Looks are decieving here. And the young staff is bringing in younger, noiser, dirtier tenants. Pass on this one.
