So I THOUGHT I was moving into a nice community....boy was I wrong. I looked all around Florence to find the perfect apartment, thinking this was it. I failed. Miserably. This is actually the worst apartment I have ever lived in. When I moved in, my apartment had not been cleaned. At all. There was pet hair all over the carpet. I could tell the walls had been freshly painted, because there was some pet hair painted in the walls. Gross. Parking is disastrous. It's dark all the time since they never seem to replace any lights. Ever. My balcony seems like it's falling apart. The railing and posts look like they are going to come apart any day. It's all rotted, looks like termite damage. I called the office multiple times about it, yet nothing is ever done. The new girls who work in the office are completely incompetent. It's obvious that whatever management company they work for needs to start training their employees. They can be so rude!!! They decided to redo the clubhouse. Well that's all fine and dandy, but what about everything else that needs repair' Who the heck uses the clubhouse anyways''' Oh wait, that's right. The office girls do. How convienient. Trust me, find someplace great to live. Not Trails of Saddlebrook.
