We were so impressed with The Vineyard when we were originally shown an apartment. However, we quickly learned that the actual apartments are nothing like the models. Over the past 21 months we have been plagued with leaky or broken fixtures, broken appliances, and water coming in the master bedroom when it rains. A crack in the master bedroom window was reported 18 months ago, but it has yet to be fixed. A cracked tack strip left carpet tacks exposed and it was 4 months before it was fixed even though I continually complained that my toddler was in danger of these sharp tacks. The building we live in is poorly kept, often with broken locks on the doors and beer cans or other various trash being left about for days. We feel that complaints are not taken seriously by the management. It felt like we were given lip service, yet nothing was done to alleviate any problems.

Due to poor maintenance and lack of customer service I absolutely do not recommend The Vineyard to anyone.
