Have enjoyed my time at The Vineyard

I am in the process of potentially relocating to another state and so I started looking up reviews on this website of some potential new places. There were so many negative postings at every place I looked up that I decided to take a gander at the place where I have been living for years. Sure enough, there are a lot of things posted here that I have just never experienced before.
I've lived in The Vineyard for almost 5 years now. I've got one of the 1-bedroom den units. There are certainly individual issues that may arise for people, but I have been really pleased with my apartment and that's why will keep staying here until I potentially relocate for a job. Each year, my rent has gone up $10-15 dollars, but I still have a unit that is under $700/month with a great location.
For me personally, the only issue around the complex is pets. I think that too many of my neighbors have dogs that are too big to be living in an apartment and at least my neighbor across the hall has a dog that freaks out every time I come in and out of my own door. Kind of annoying, but it honestly isn't that big of a deal in the bigger picture.
Every time I've had an issue in my apartment (with the water heater/Air conditioning, etc), the maintenance crew have been very quick to take care of it. I am always impressed with the upkeep of the grounds and buildings.
In my almost 5 years of living here, I've never had a run-in with a fellow neighbor or ever even really heard my neighbors. People are generally quiet and keep to themselves. It's been a great, safe place to live and I would definitely recommend it.
