Wow what a rip off! I lived here from Dec.05 to Dec 06 and what a DUMP! The nighorbors are CONVICTED FELONS.I was told that they did back ground checks but NOT TRUE. I got at least one "child predator". The walls are paper thin and the pool is used by EVERYONE in Oakbrook.As for repairs and maintainace there was none.There was however "patrol" people but they seemed to just hand out tickets for cigarettes butts and dog poop.My car got broken into twice.My neighbor was a METH dealer.The police were always hanging out because of the high crime.Look somewhere else and don't believe ANYTHING the leasing office says.Worst year on my rental life!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think The Woods is a fairly nice place to live- true it has some problems, but managment was always willing to help us when we lived here. The staff was friendly, and the grounds always looked nice. I had to laugh about your comment regarding cigarette butts because it's true that they send out letters to stop throwing butts down into the hallway, but I feel that's only because Roger takes such pride in making the grounds look great. Keep up the good job guys. You have my vote 4 stars!!!
