I previously lived here at the Woods and was very unsatisfied. My building had two nice families but the upstairs was more like a college dorm. People were in and out at all hours of the night and the noise was unbearable. There was trash all over the breezeway everyday, and vomiting off the upstairs railing was never rare. There was a stain from vomit and blood from a fight next to my door the entire time I lived there. I never complained, nor did any of my roommates, maybe I should have. We had big problems with the maintenance staff, they don't like to be told about safety issues such as large tree roots protruding out of the ground that caused children to slide across my patio. The office staff was friendly, but they tell you exactly what you want to hear and then lie when things don't go their way. A family member of mine lived there and had lots of plumbing issues and was told to use the model apartment if they needed to use the bathroom for over a week. One of the maintenance staff was injured while fixing their plumbing and used their shower curtain to stop their bleeding, then left it lying in their bathroom floor. They moved shortly after. Overall the main reason I decided to move to the woods was because of the great location but the problems were too much to handle.
