I really like this place because the buildings are empty. There is only one other tenant connected to our apartment and the others are all vacant. So to say, there is absolutely no kind of noise problem.

Everything is new, but it seems the apartment is not well insulated as the electric bill is rather high.

It will be nicer once Summer comes and the pool is opened. I just hope there aren't a lot of kids. I haven't really seen many.

If you have to live in Kentucky, live here. But, if you are looking for more city life head to Cincinnati as Florence isn't a happening place.

Make sure you get a good special which includes $100 off a month and a $0 deposit. You could probably also negotiate your rent because like I said the buildings are empty.
